An interesting feature of this camera is it's half-frame format, hence the
"Duex" name. The camera produced 16
1 7/8" x 2 1/4" negatives ("half-frame") on a roll
of 620 film. The only other Kodak half-frame camera was the Duo
Six-20 line, which ceased production in 1939. The camera body itself is similar to the early Kodak 35. For storage, the lens screws into the body, like the Bullet Camera. |
