Red Wine
"Red Wine" is a scratch-built model boat based on the hull of Kenneth Faulkner's "Carrier II".
We enjoyed many days sitting under the seagrape tree with Kenneth and a bottle or three of red wine. Kenneth bult 30 boats in his lifetime, the "Carrier II" being the last. We talked many times about building one more boat. Sadly, Kenneth passed away before we could do it. I am building the "Red Wine" in memory of the good times that we shared with Kenny. When finished, we will leave it on Kenny's grave site.

Kenny at work on "Carrier II". There was not a single written plan or drawing for the boat. It was built entirely from Kenneth's head, as he went along.
