Margarita Popsicle
I am a diabetic, and good treats are hard to find for me. However, I have come up with my own sweet invention: a sugar-free margarita popsicle! Easy peasy to make!
Mix the package of Jello mix with one cup of
boiling water and stir until well dissolved. Add the other three cups of water, the
Margaritaville drink powder, and the 2 teaspoons of glycerin. Mix well and pour into
molds. Freeze overnight.
You can cheat by using ice cubes instead of the added water - just make sure you don't go
over 4 cups of water total.
I sprinkle coarse kosher salt over mine and it tastes just like a frozen margarita!!!
