Pupille

First made by Nagel-Werke, then by Kodak AG from 1932. The lens is mounted on a helical tube and focuses down to 13 inches. The unusual film carrier design includes top of body and viewfinder as shown at right, with no mechanical connections between lens/shutter assembly and camera top. | ||||
The Pupille was about the most advanced 127-format camera
ever built. It came with a Leitz-Wetzlar rangefinder that fit onto the two lugs adjacent
to the viewfinder. The camera is rarely found today complete with the original rangefinder. |
